Hi! Im Ginnie

I’m a graphic designer and content-driven creative with a background in both photography and design. I hold an associate’s degree in Digital Photography and am currently completing my associate’s degree in Graphic Design, where I’ve focused on branding, editorial layout, and digital design.

My foundation in photography has shaped the way I approach design. I think a lot about composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, and how those elements carry through into strong, intentional branding. I’m especially drawn to creating work that feels cohesive, thoughtful, and visually engaging.

Before focusing fully on design, I spent 3½ years living full-time in a converted school bus, traveling across the country. That experience not only deepened my love for travel, but also gave me a unique perspective on storytelling, content creation, and what truly connects with people.

Now based in Charlotte, NC, I’ve traded bus life for a house (and a lot more plants). When I’m not designing, you can usually find me baking sourdough, working in my garden, adding to my ever-growing plant collection, or playing pickleball.

My Story

I didn’t start in graphic design—I started in photography. Learning how to frame a shot, work with light, and tell a story visually shaped how I see design today. That foundation pushed me to expand into graphic design, where I could combine creativity with strategy and build more complete visual experiences.
